Her mixed-media practice reflects her desires of connecting with her Filipino heritage through the creation of works that focus on language and use of cultural materials. At the heart of her practice is her passion for exploring different aspects of love and its transformative powers through collaborative artmaking.
Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Art Theory) from UNSW Art & Design. As a visual artist and arts worker, she is committed to creating works that amplify human connection, honour memories and keep them alive.
